Registration for Summer 2021 is OPEN NOW!
Richland Academy of the Arts is beginning their Summer 2021 semester on June 14th with special classes being offered in their existing curriculums in music, art, dance, theatre, and martial arts.
Dance Classes Include:
Summer Dance Camps: Princess Ballet Camp, Mermaid Dance Camp, Jungle Book Boogie, Animals on Parade, Christmas in July, Scooby Doo Camp, Disney Jazz Camp.
Dance classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Lyrical, Pointe, Salsa, Musical Theatre and more are available for ages 3-60+.
Martial Arts Classes Include:
Kenpo for Beginners (Ages 5-8) - Tuesdays 5:45-6:30 pm
Kenpo for Beginners (Ages 8+) - Wednesdays 5:00-5:45 pm
Kenpo Karate for Adults - Tuesdays 6:30-8:00 pm
Music Classes Include:
Music for Little Mozart’s (Ages 4-6) - Mondays 11:00-12:00 pm
Group Guitar (Ages 7+) - Tuesdays 3:30-4:00 pm
Theatre Classes Include:
Junior Theatre Camp (Ages 8-12) - Mon-Fri 12:00-2:00 pm
Stage Makeup Workshop (Ages 10-18) - July 13 & 14 4:00-4:45 pm
Teen Acting Institute (Ages 13-18) - Mon-Fri 12:00-2:00 pm
Academy Children’s Theatre (ACTS) (Ages 13-18) - Mon-Fri 10:00-12:00 pm
Camp Shakespeare (Ages 13-18) - Mon-Fri 10:00-12:00
Visual Arts Classes Include:
Creativity & Connection Family Class (Ages 3+) - Sat. 10:00-12:00 pm
Carrousel Painting Workshop (Ages 9-16) - Mon. 10:00-11:30 am - This class is in collaboration with Richland Carrousel Park.
Teen Self-Esteem Workshop (Ages 11-17) - Wednesdays 5:00-6:00, 6:00-7:00
Exploring Wellness Using Art (Ages 18+) - Tuesdays 4:30-6:30 pm
Richland Academy of the Arts will continue offering scholarships and tuition assistance to those who qualify. Financial aid applications are due May 27th and can be picked up at Richland Academy or found on their website.
